Safe custody.—Every co-operative society shall keep every planting material to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the business of a co-operative society is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every planting material so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within seven days of the close of each year.
