Intimation of change.—Every person discharging effluent into a stream shall intimate to the Dam Safety Authority, in Form D and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Dam Safety Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
