Power to relax.—Where the Government is satisfied that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules in respect of any class or category of persons appointed to the post of Senior Inspector Of Legal Metrology in the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
