Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the status holder shall apply to the Government of Telangana in Form SEZ-2 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Government of Telangana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
