Safe custody.—Every operator of a vaccination centre shall keep every certificate of registration to which these regulations apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the administration of vaccines is carried on, shall record in Form 25 the description of every certificate of registration so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Registering Authority within twenty-one days of the close of each year.
