Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a vaccination centre dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the District Registering Authority in Form 41, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every prescription then held; and the District Registering Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
