Maintenance of premises.—Every operator of a vaccination centre shall keep the premises where the administration of vaccines is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every medical device kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the administration of vaccines, and shall furnish to the District Registering Authority in Form 21, within forty-five days of the commencement of these regulations, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
