Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor supplying stores to the Force who ceases to carry on the supply of stores shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Karnataka in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every register of contractors held by him has been disposed of.
