Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor supplying stores to the Force shall apply to the Government of Karnataka in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Government of Karnataka shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three days of the application.
