Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any contractor supplying stores to the Force dies, his legal representative shall, within three days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Karnataka in Form H, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every building then held; and the Government of Karnataka shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
