Application for registration.—Every contractor supplying stores to the Force carrying on the supply of stores shall make an application for registration to the Government of Karnataka in Form D, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every stores held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
