Intimation of change.—Every open access consumer shall intimate to the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, in Form III and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
