Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a mineral processing plant who ceases to carry on the processing of minerals shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form K of the manner in which every weighbridge slip held by him has been disposed of.
