Safe custody.—Every unit shall keep every licence to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the setting up of a unit is carried on, shall record in Form ANF-3A the description of every licence so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Export Inspection Council within seven days of the close of each year.
