Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a hospital who ceases to carry on the preparedness of a hospital for emergencies shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Relief Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every no-objection certificate held by him has been disposed of.
