Application for registration.—Every hostel for students of Scheduled Castes carrying on the running of a hostel shall make an application for registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form V, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every facility held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
