Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the hostel for students of Scheduled Castes shall apply to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form II for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
