Surrender of certificate.—Every hostel for students of Scheduled Castes who ceases to carry on the running of a hostel shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every grievance held by him has been disposed of.
