Intimation of change.—Every petitioner before an authority shall intimate to the Nodal Authority, in Form B and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Nodal Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
