Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the supplier of relief materials shall apply to the Relief Commissioner in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Relief Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
