Intimation of change.—Every owner of a building in a vulnerable area shall intimate to the Relief Commissioner, in Form H and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Relief Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
