Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a building in a vulnerable area shall apply to the Relief Commissioner in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Relief Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
