Periodical return.—Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall furnish to the Board of Revenue, within thirty days of the close of each year, a return in Form 14 of every land revenue receipt received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for sixty days from the date on which it is furnished.
