Intimation of change.—Every owner of a fishing vessel shall intimate to the Director-General, in Form 1 and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director-General shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
