Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the holder of a public office shall apply to the Registrar of the Commission in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Registrar of the Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
