Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any holder of a public office dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Registrar of the Commission in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every flag then held; and the Registrar of the Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
