Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a restaurant shall intimate to the Food Authority, in Form H and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Food Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
