Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a restaurant who ceases to carry on the running of a restaurant shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Food Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every sample held by him has been disposed of.
