Intimation of change.—Every ombudsman under a scheme shall intimate to the Designated Court, in Form B and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Designated Court shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
