Application for registration.—Every fit person carrying on the temporary care of a child by a fit person shall make an application for registration to the Committee in Form II, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register of children held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
