Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Licensing Officer in the custody of the Assistant Labour Commissioner, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Licensing Officer; and where the Assistant Labour Commissioner having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form VI within fifteen days of the succession.
