Application for registration.—Every status holder carrying on the export of goods as a status holder shall make an application for registration to the Government of Uttarakhand in Form ANF-4A, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every register of imports held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
