Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the promoter shall apply to the Authority in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
