Application for registration.—Every promoter carrying on the development of a real estate project shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form A, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every tenancy agreement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
