Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of an election meeting who ceases to carry on the holding of election meetings shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Electoral Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 7 of the manner in which every affidavit of a candidate held by him has been disposed of.
