Conditions of registration.—Every online dispute resolution platform shall carry on the conduct of dispute resolution by electronic means only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every notice of arbitration in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such notice of arbitration for inspection on request by the Registrar of the Mediation Council, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
