Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the online dispute resolution platform shall apply to the Registrar of the Council in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Registrar of the Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
