Intimation of change.—Every fair price shop dealer shall intimate to the Adjudicating Officer, in Form B and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Adjudicating Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
