Surrender of certificate.—Every fair price shop dealer who ceases to carry on the running of a fair price shop shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Adjudicating Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every label held by him has been disposed of.
