Intimation of change.—Every bonded warehouse keeper shall intimate to the Excise Commissioner, in Form D and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Excise Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
