Correction of entries.—The Controller General of Accounts may, on an application made in Form GFR 22 by any registered supplier or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than sixty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
