Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the registered supplier to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form GFR 25, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Controller General of Accounts shall record the manner and the date of service within forty-five days of the service.
