Intimation of change.—Every common carrier shall intimate to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, in Form 4 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
