Application for registration.—Every operator of an open school carrying on the imparting of education through open learning shall make an application for registration to the Board of Secondary Education in Form C, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every course held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
