Application for registration.—Every exporter carrying on the export of goods shall make an application for registration to the Reserve Bank in Form ANF-1, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
