Surrender of certificate.—Every community radio station who ceases to carry on the operation of a community radio station shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Press Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every programme held by him has been disposed of.
