Report to the Government.—The Sub-Divisional Officer shall prepare, within one hundred and eighty days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of persons removing earth from Government land whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Uttar Pradesh and publish it within fifteen days of its preparation.
