Application for registration.—Every person removing earth from Government land carrying on the removal of earth from Government land shall make an application for registration to the Sub-Divisional Officer in Form 14, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every khasra held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
