Correction of entries.—The Sub-Divisional Officer may, on an application made in Form 12 by any person removing earth from Government land or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than seven days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
