Surrender of certificate.—Every person removing earth from Government land who ceases to carry on the removal of earth from Government land shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Divisional Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 12 of the manner in which every parcel of land held by him has been disposed of.
